ArtSourced-Pros is seeking to establish and develop a permanent Home/Facility to expand into a full service Self Sustaining Community Art Academy, Arts Academy- “Reaching out thru the Arts”. The main focus of this facility will be to accommodate for after school programming, where the children in the existing community will be able to utilize their creative abilities in a fun and exciting and safe environment, while building self-esteem and environmental awareness for the community on a whole, as parents support and participate with their children in various activities within the program.

This proposed site is 44,867 SF and is located at the crossroad of the 60 (Pomona) Freeway & the 71 (Corona) Expressway at the junctions of the Cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, Phillips Ranch and Pomona proper. The Proposed site is actually located in the City of Pomona. Pomona has currently a thriving Downtown Historical Arts District that encompasses the entire Pomona Civic Center. So the City of Pomona recognizes and supports the importance of the Arts and Programming within the city limits and the school district, especially with such a high profile location right by the freeways with a Traffic Count of over 233,000 AADT (Annual Average Daily Traffic).
